If you work for an agency that has access to funding, this would be a great way to support your clients in a holistic way, beginning by building attachment in utero.

Stand-alone Birth Package

2 prenatal visits including birth planning and birth education.

Available by text or phone between the hours of 8am-10pm from introduction meeting until 1 week before birth then on call for birth and birth attending. If your birth is over 24 hours the backup doula will be called in to support.

2 postpartum visits include writing your birth story, breast feeding support and birth story listening, meal prep and light housework including laundry.

Postpartum Packages

10 hours of postpartum care including all services above mentioned       $450

20 hours of postpartum care including all services above mentioned       $820

The above packages will be set up to meet the needs of your family. I will be available at these rates from 7am-10pm. Overnight hours will be available upon request at $50/hour.

Combination Birth and Postpartum Packages

Birth package with 10 hours of postpartum care including all above mentioned services $1800

Birth package with 20 hours of postpartum care including all above mentioned services $2180

Abortion and Loss

At EASE we recognize that each experience with abortion and loss is deeply unique and as such we intend to have our support packages reflect this need. We would be honored to support you and your family during this time and individualized packages will be created with your needs in mind. Backup Care

As partners in EASE, Mandy and Raenelle will offer backup care support if required. You can learn more at the “about us” section of our website. An introduction meeting can be arranged before birth to ensure you are comfortable and that everyone is familiar with your specific birthing plan.

*There is flexibility on the team to increase or decrease hours on your package depending on your family’s needs. At this time there is no availability of a sliding scale package, but our team is working on funding to ensure this is available in the near future.

Working with complex needs children and families brings its own set of unique and often evolving set of challenges. The EASE team has extensive experience supporting both children and parents in their mental health and wellbeing, as they navigate Children’s Services involvement, as they work to heal intergenerational trauma, and as developmental and behavioural concerns arise. Combined with our use of various assessment tools and strategies, it is through these experiences that we can be of support to you and your clients. In determining next steps in service and goal planning, the EASE team will work collaboratively with you to ensure the best possible outcomes for the families you serve.

Sessions will be billed at a rate of $150/hour. Length of service is flexible to meet the needs of your program and clients.

The Circle of Security Parenting Program can be applied within the professional setting for all those who work with children. Increasing the sensitive responses of caregivers and strengthening connection with the child, it has been proven to decrease the amount of disruptive, or complex behaviours exhibited. This allows for a more effective, supportive environment in which the children can thrive. From daycares and day homes to classrooms and community-based programs, all professionals could benefit from the impactful learning facilitated through our Circle of Security for Professionals groups.

THeraplay™ Packages

Focusing on the four domains of sensitive caregiving, Engagement, Structuring, Challenging and Nurturing, your Theraplay practitioner will help you work towards your goals with your clients through the introduction of play-based intervention. We know that children learn best through play, and regulation and being in relationship is no exception. One of the best parts of Theraplay is that as we get laughing, delighting and sharing, the child -and even the adults - can let themselves get lost in the moment and simply have fun! Your practitioner will be there to closely guide each session with targeted activities and self-reflection.

As we work collaboratively towards a shared long-term goal of healthy relationships for your clients, the Theraplay model easily compliments various other types of interventions as it works to increase regulation and decrease behaviours.

Theraplay sessions will be billed at a rate of $53/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

In addition to our Theraplay packages we are also trained to facilitate play-based interventions in a group setting. This is known as Sunshine Circles! A perfect addition to classrooms and community programs, Sunshine circles uses the four domains of Theraplay to encourage active participation, co-regulation, social development, and safety. The facilitator would consult with you prior to the first session to discuss goals and concerns for your group of children. Based on this conversation, we will plan and facilitate a minimum of 4 Sunshine circles. Additional circles can be provided depending on the need of your group, and individual Theraplay sessions could be implemented as well if the needs of a specific child within the group would benefit from it.
